Submitting a report does not require a name, email address, or phone number.

User Accounts

If you create an account, we may collect:

• Optional biography
• Optional profile image

Comments

If you comment on blog posts or community content, we store the comment and associated account information.

Communications

Pending, rejected, hidden, or removed reports are not publicly displayed.

Photographs

Photos are stored securely and displayed only in connection with approved reports. Please avoid uploading photographs that contain:

• Faces
• License plates
• Personal identification
• Sensitive personal information

Users remain responsible for the content they submit.

Cookies and Analytics

Puerto Rico Reporta uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain site functionality.

• Measure platform usage.

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. Users may opt out of analytics through cookie preferences. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell personal information.
